The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any reason and without paying a penalty within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the goods. In order to make a return, the buyer must fill in the return sections at the bottom of the invoice belonging to the seller, which is delivered with the goods, completely and correctly, and sign it and send it to the seller together with the product (complementary accessories, gift and promotion). The withdrawal period starts from the day the goods are delivered to the buyer. The return cost of the returned product or products shall be borne by the seller.

After the examinations made by the authorized persons, if no problem is detected due to reasons such as user error, the product price will be refunded to the bank according to the payment method preferred by the buyer.
It is important to write your address clearly for the cargo to arrive quickly.
You are required to check the product before receiving your cargo. In case of damaged or broken products, it is mandatory to have a damage report prepared by the cargo company.
The general return period for all products received by mistake is 14 days.

For barbecue products (since the installation belongs to the customer), the packaging must not be opened in order to request cancellation, return or exchange.
The returned product will be reviewed by IGRILL BBQ service and if found appropriate, the return process will be started within 3 to 7 business days.
For installment purchases made with a credit card, the buyer will refund the product in as many installments as he purchased the product.
After the seller pays the entire product price to the bank in a single payment, the refund amounts requested for the refund of installment purchases made from the bank POS will be transferred to the accounts of the cardholder in installments.
If the invoice of the product to be returned is issued in the name of the company, you need to send your return with the return invoice that your company will cut (unit price of the product + VAT) without including the cargo fee.
